Down payment request from maintenance service quotation[MSQ1]

Dear Experts,

We are having a requirement to create down payment request from maintenance service quotation in S/4 service[from MSQ1 transaction].

Could you please explain how this can be done?

I've never heard about Down payment request in any of Service documents. Basically, S/4HANA Service doesn't use milestone billing plan.
