Manage Physical Inventory Count

Hi Experts,
How can I create excel file for physical inventory and upload the inventory count as excel file afterwards?

I can't see any upload button in the app Manage Physical Inventory Count (F5430).

Do I have to use another app or transaction code?

In Fiori App (Enter Count without Reference Doc or MI39) I can't see this upload or excel file creation as well.

On Premise you can use MI09 transaction for this upload functionality.

Please share your knowledge since if we have thousands of materials have to be counted, it is much more easier for the warehouse clerks to upload the excel file to SAP.

Hi,
Did you get a chance to check App - Enter PI Count w/o Document?(However, MI09 has status deprecated, and will be gone anytime and might not be available in future. That's the reason why SAP recommends that you use the SAP Fiori App Manage Physical Inventory Count (F5430) to make it easier for you to perform role-based tasks related to physical inventory counts.)

Usually in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition you will have option to only export the physical inventory documents to spreadsheet. And if you already explored MI09 and didn't find the option to upload, then the functionality doesn't exist for cloud version as of now.
