Condition Types P000 and MXVZ in Sap MM

Dear Experts

I want to know about the condition types which me mentioned above, The Question is that the condition type P000 Gross Price is for Manual Pricing means if we select this condition type so we can enter price manually is this only for this thing?

Same thing goes with MXVZ which is non claimable this means if we select this type, so if the item which we purchased from vendor through this pricing condition its not claimable means we have to use it or destroy we can not return? the above scenario is correct for this pricing condition type.

If this Question is very basic please remember I am new here and want to learn.
