Dear Experts,
By default, there is an action ZMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT, which is responsible for Support Team determination as well as for sending emails.
This action uses only Smart Forms but not HTML forms.
For email sending with the HTML forms another action based on ZMIN_STD_MAIL_FORM is set up.
Everything works if you use WebUI for creating of tickets and set for the first action for support team determination immediate processing and for the second - Processing when Saving Document.
But, when the ticket is created in UI5, the first action is executed too late and no support team is delivered for the second one at that moment.
How to fix this situation so that the support team receives an email in HTML form?
