material number ranges

In s4 cloud，i get a error message when creat metarial，message：No external number assignment possible for mat. type Packaging

so i want to change the mat. type：“Packaging” to external number type，but in the configure Define Number Ranges for Each Material Type，i cant find the group to assign element，like GUI we can find the Spro>Logistics-General>Material Master>Basic Settings>Material types>Define Number Ranges for each Material Type，then click group button to set.

its some diffent in s4 hana cloud？

If i was wrong，please tell me how to change the material tpye’s number to External giving number type.
