e-mail notifications to monitor import errors of your transport requests

Hello everyone,

in SAP release notes for SAP SOLMAN 7.2 SP08 > Change control management, SAP said we can get a notification with SAP transport import error codes, I have tried to check the documentation but cannot find anything , anyone can help with the documentation how to configure this notification? we are using CHARM urgent change, I have checked the SMHF action profile to find the Action that can send email with transport errors but I cannot find anything. please help with documentation on how to configure this.

From the link which you provided, go via respective link "Importing Transport Requests" and on the page for SP08 there is no information on this feature. In the top change SP version to 09 and you will see some information on job SM: AI_CRM_CM_COM_IMPORT_FEEDBACK.
