Cannot run GL listing report of deperciation accounts

Dear Experts,

One of the user cannot run report on the deperciation Accounts. The system generates a blank report for this.She can open the Journal Entry Windows to preview most of the Journal entries but she cannot review the journal entries associated to those deperciation accounts.

I would like to know if there is access control on a specific group of journal entries for a specific user ? Can you advice the set up this?
