SAP Marketing: User roll permission to Export Definition in TG App

Hi everybody,

We are using a SAP Marketing 2020 tool, and we are experimenting problems with permission to some restricted final users.

When they enter to the Target Group application, they can't access to the Export Based on Export Definition page. They don't event see the following access button:

While admin users see it.

I would be very grateful If anyone could give us some advice in order to correct this problem.
