Signatures for Template in Onboarding template - SAP Community

Hi All,

Can we add HR Admin role onRole dropdown Signatures for Templates in Onboarding? Currently, it has only 2 values onboardee & Manager.

Hi Sarika,

Only is supported two role signatures for onboarding forms. You can check this in the follow link: Mapping Document Template Signature Fields to Onboarding Roles | SAP Help Portal

In the influence page you can find the request enhancement about this: Improvement Request Details - Customer Influence (sap.com), with "For Long-term Consideration" status.
