Relationship between In-House Repair (3XK) and Customer Returns (BKP)

In the new release of 2208, we have a new scope item In-House Repair (3XK) is released. In this scope, we can have the feature to create returns order within in-house repair. However, return orders feature is fall under "Customer Returns (BKP) scope item. There are no supporting document / scripts that we could refer and verify whether 3XK is able to work perfectly even BKP is not scoped.

Perhaps SAP Experts could provide useful information so that we can know 3XK can be use independently.
