Why sales document type is not shown in SAP Fiori ?

Hi Experts,

I was trying to create a return using ZERO order type in SAP GUI screen its shows the ZREO order types there.

I did the same transaction in SAP Fiori using "Manage Sales Order" under Create sales Order VA01. There I was not able to find the ZREO order type listed.

Can some one suggest what will be the cause.

Hi Bin Li,

Thanks for your quick reply. I was able to manage the returns using the tile "Create Customer returns"

Later did goods release using the tile create outbound delivery.

With help of create billing document I was able to create the Cr.memo.

The "Mange Customer Returns tile is having issue in creation. The screen turns blank once create button is clicked it might be the reason I might not been given access to that button "Create"

Still you are correct the options are open in Manage Customer Return tile only

It seems that you are using S/4HANA On Premise, right?

if you are using Manage sales order, when navigating to VA01, the document category C is used. but returns order belongs to document category H. therefore, you can't find the returns order type via such channel.

Can you try 'manage customer returns' - WEBGUI VA01 app?

Hello Ashok,

For sales order returns you can follow the scope item BKP . You can see we have the condition type ZRE1 for returns in Cloud.
