SAP Solution Manager - User licensing to report Incident



We are evaluating the use the SAP Incident Management to manage the incidents in our company with SAP and NO-SAP Products, but we don't foud a formal note or KB that indicate how can SOLMAN manage the user liceneses to ask for a support to the IT Team.

The users only will have the option to open an incident in SOLMAN Incident manager.
