Can Solution manager give the list of executables a user executed in ERP system - plant wise

I have a requirement to know if it possible to get the list of executables executed by user - plant wise in the ERP system using SAP Solution Manager system as central control system.

We tried using User Experience Monitoring, but it was giving vast information, but we weren't able to get the expected result.

So, is there any way by which Solution manager will be able to give the list of executables an user executed in ERP system - plant wise?

Hi

No direct way possible (especially getting the data for plant wise). I dont think the usage data is not logged to this extent.

Hint: explore using FM SWNC_COLLECTOR_GET_AGGREGATES and extract the data periodically from Managed system. This FM is remote enabled too. So, you can run this in Solman and extract the data.

Hello All,

We reached SAP support and even they were puzzled with this requirement. However few options were suggested,

1. Use STAD data log

2. Use SM20 Audit log

3. Use ST03N data log

Collectively can manage to get the required data as what executables were run by users in the system.

in Solution Documentation you only get a list of executed transaction. But not user wise.

However, I think its a critical information you want extract.

May you get this information direct in the managed system.

Need more details on the requirement.

1. By executables, I assume reports/transactions. You can use Root Cause analysis for this.

2. For executables by plant, if the user has access to run reports for multiple plants, you need to get the list of reports either from RCA/ST03N and then explore the variants for those reports with a filter on plant(WERKS) field at ABAP level or explore the SQL statements at HANA level using SQL cache.
