Hi everyone!
We're planning our first SAP ECC SP after ChaRM connected.
I would like to know if are there some recomendations, issues identified or special procedures for ChaRM after Support Package has been done for SAP ECC for example.
Best Regards,
Warlei
Thank you!
But if we decided to keep the change cycle opened... did you see any problem?
Thanks,
Warlei

Hello warlei.delimafigueiredo
There wouldn't be any issues occurring in Charm after ECC SPS upgrade however, please check SCC4 settings in your ECC system, check if all ST-PI and ST-API plugins are up-to date.
As mentioned by Thomas, you can close existing change cycle and create new change after SPS upgrade, just to identify which ECC changes and transports are going into the system post upgrade.
For some more known issues, please check SAP Solution Manager 7.2 - Change Request Management: Usual questions and known errors - Solution Ma...
Thanks,
Vignesh

We every time create a new phase cycle when we upgrade to a new SPS.
And close the old cycle but it’s also possible to close the old cycle and the system will create just a new one for the still open changes.
Best regards
Thomas
