Unable to create Custom Group in Optimized Story Designer

Live model: Clicking on Create custom group, triggers no action. Is this not yet supported?

Are you connecting to BW? And is the dimension defined as a hierarchy in BW? If that is the case you might want to check the following limitations: Create Custom Group Hierarchies (Specifics for SAP BW).

Yes, its BW Live. The dimension is not defined as hierarchy in BW. I am able to create using classic design experience but not using optimized design expereince

How does one know if you are on latest version? I am on 2022.21.7 right now.
