Looking for a specific lot size

Hello,

I'm looking for a lot size that can cover two month period with both maximum and minimum lot size replenishment proposals.

Currently using:

Max lot size: 15000

Min lot size: 1000

For example, if the demand is 20000, I want to have proposals as follow: 1x15000 and 5x1000, in order not to exceed the demand. In other words the preferece is to have max lot sizes until they fit in the demand and afterwards the remaining difference to be fulfilled with minimum lot size proposals.

I've tried with M2 lot size, but this gives 2x15000.
