Long time uploading attachments/URL to Attachment tab in ChaRM in the Production system

While loading attachments/URLs in the Attachments tab in ChaRM in Production, it takes a long time to load. This is independent of the file type or file size. Long loading only occurs on a production system.

What could be the problem?
