Inbox substitution workflow items discontinued employee/user

For a use case of a customer we have the following situation.

An employee created a lot of purchase orders. Now she left the company, but when one of her created purchase orders (which are a lot) mismatch with the invoice value, a workflow is activated which comes to her inbox.

We don't have access to her account anymore to put a inbox substitution in place, and to daily check all workflows and forward those manually isn't a solution.

We tried accessing her account by changing e-mailaddress in Manage Workforce, but this doesn't work.

Is there a way to either:

Create the substitute for her inbox without access to her account?

Mass change the purchase order creator from a list of purchase orders?

Access her account without her log in?

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sourcing and Procurement" for this question, as Purchase Orders are Objects exclusive for Sourcing and Procurement Line of Business.

Hi Marc

i am no expert in this, but can you see if with the Admin role and the flexible workflow administration you can forward the tasks to another user.

Hi Marc,

As stated by Martha, you can use app Flexible Workflow Administration app, select the workflows you want to forward and send to another user via forward button.
