Looping validation in HCI

Hi,

I want to make a odata service call from HCI to an external system and based on the responses I want to trigger an email.

So I want to build a logic in HCI which will loop through the odata responses and based on a response type it will trigger an email.

Can this be done in HCI?

Can anyone please share any information on this?
