byd mobile logon error(2211)

Hello guys,

After update on byd mobile, some of android users cannot access BYD via mobile.

just stop the screen and not working milion time.(last screen, asking set to app password and stopped.)

one thing I found, it's impact on system url ".businessbydesign.could.sap" only.

what I've tried last,

- remove and redownload the app

- clear url and re-set the address

- logon other customer tenant (it worked, and found system url issue I guessed)

anyone to help this?

current my mobile spec:

Android 12

ByD Mobile 22.41.0
