SAP Data Services is and on-premise tool and currently there are no plans to to integrate SAP Data Services on BTP. We do however have Cloud Platform Integration for Data services (CPI-DS), which is a cloud version of the on-prem SAP Data Services, but just like data services it's currently not integrated with BTP.
The one tool that is integrated with BTP is SAP HANA Smart Data Integration and SAP HANA Smart data quality which allows you to connect and query multiple autonomous data sources as if they were a single source and highly recommended when loading data from disparate sources into HANA.
