BTP API Get documents submitted

I'm using POSTMAN to try to obtain, through the BTP API, the documents submitted in the Electronic Document Extraction fluid, with a plan "Pay-As-You-Go for SAP BTP for partners"

I can login correctly but when invoking the method document-information-extraction/v1/document/jobs object the following message: "The subdomain does not map to a valid identity zone."

What settings do I need to do to resolve this?
