Can we send data from s/4 hana ERP of hana database to oracle database through DBCO connection?

While Conversation from ECC to S/4 HANA other peripheral systems also need to change to HANA database but our legacy system still has oracle system which gets data from ECC system through DBCO connection and open SQL.

Will it be allowed the same way after converting ECC to S/4 HANA
