Service request with new organization model in S/4HANA Service

Hello Experts,

As per the help documents, if we use Enterprise Organization model, we will not able to use the Interaction Center including Service Request. So what is the replacement for Service Request. I belive, Service Notification has been replaced with Service Request (correct me if I am wrong, couldn't find the App as well).

I have activated the new Enterprise Organization Model and still able to create Service Request.

Please Help.
