Change between CRM business roles option

I would like to know if any of you have found the way to add the Role Selection option available in the WebUI for the Agent role configuration.

Hello Nerea,

Please refer to this standard SAP Help document:

As you can read, this option is not available if:

• you have a single role

• you have an IC role

• you are in Portal.

And I see that on your 2nd screenshot you are logged in with an IC role...
