Actual Overhead on Subcontracting materials

Hi All,

We are performing Std. cost estimation for Subcontracting materials using Subcon PIR along with Overhead apportionment via costing sheet. Likewise, we would like to calculate actual overhead based on actual subcon charges and apply onto Subcon material during month-end. Is there any standard SAP process in achieving the same?

Thanks for sharing the blog.

We were able to use Costing sheet to apply Subcon Overhead onto Subcon material during Std. cost estimation. Similarly, we wanted to apply actual overhead onto the material during month-end, like that of manufactured materials. It seems that there is a limitation in SAP to achieve this functionality.
