Dear Experts,

We investigated we could connect our S/4HC with the bank through MBC(Multi-Bank Connectivity) to import Bank Statement.(Bank Account Balance information).

In that case, we heard that, importing data from MBC to S/4HC and we could see the status/error message details in "Manage Bank Statement" app.

Does anyone have any examples for this status messages?

We'd like to confirm the message example whether we could solve the problem based on that if any errors.

Hello,

using the app "Manage Bank Messages" (not the bank statements app) you have a log for each message, inbound or outbound.

For incoming messages such as bank statements, sometimes that log can be effective in solving an error indeed, such as :

• Termination in statement no. 00000 of acct ; closing record 62F missing
• Table FEBKO is blocked

Or such as :

• The successful verification resulted in a 0-length payload. (usually a default in message formatting)

You can also check the payload for clues, in the same app.
