Hi experts,
I am trying to make a chart that shows only the most recent certifications of the workers. If a worker has more than one certification, it should only add up the most recent one.
The groups I have are:
- Updated (<5 years)
- Between 5 and 8 years
- Obsolete (>8 years)
- uncertified
Examples.
1.- If I have an up to date and an obsolete certification I should only add one to up to date.
2.- If I have one obsolete certification and one Between 5 and 8 years, I should only add one to between 5 and 8 years.
Do you have any idea how I could do it?
Thanks
thanks for your support nikhil_1486
I have been trying but I am not able to reach the expected result. this is the previous calculated measure and its result filtered by only one employee (to check the result)
and have sense because this employee have 3 courses between 8 . 5 years.
then I tried to create the second measurement using this one so that it only tells me the most up to date measurement for this user.
then I tried to create the second measurement using this one so that it only tells me the most up to date measurement for this user. But it is doing the following.
I don't know how I can address this issue
Thanks a lot
