Can't start the Maintenance Planner

• Opening the link for the Maintenance Planer results in an Error "SAML2 service not accessible".
  
• I tried disabling saml2 with adding the parameter "saml2=disabled" to the link, after that it keeps asking me to Log on in an endless loop.
