Document Information Extraction UI part of free tier?

Hi all,

I activated the BTP service Document Information Extraction on my free tier account. Next, I would also like to activate the service Document Information Extraction UI. In the discovery center both are part of the same service but in the entitlements mentions it as two with no free tier plan for the UI:

While for the api only I have two plans:

I would like to know if the UI is part of the free tier license or not?
