Ex-works Incoterm

We have a scenario where buyer has an ex-works supplier and he will intimate Buyer when material is ready for pick up at his warehouse. Thereafter Buyer will arrange pick up by a shipper (sea/air/road) How can we replicate this scenario in Commerce automation and what rules govern them?
