SAP S4 Hana Service - SAP note 3143501

Hi,

We implemented SAP note 3143501 - Empty service-related characteristics in profitability segment during internal order creation, be we are getting an error in billing and postings that the service document doesn't exist. Is there anything additional to be done so those service-related characteristics are not empty, but no error?
