Counter Based Maintenance - Warnings in Regulated industry

HI All,

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to create warnings for counter based in SAP.

Our counter is set in 100hrs. Our PMs are issued 70 hours and at 90 hours i will like send warning to team that they have 10 hours of running time left before PM and it will deviate our Regulatory rules.

Does SAP has the capacity to send this warnings (emails, or other ways)? Do you have any suggests, help here will be greatly appreciated.
