Use of SAML in combination with SAP Business One

Dear reader,

I am looking into the possibilities of implementing Single Sign-On in SAP Business One on an Azure environment. This currently not supported (possible) because the Azure domain of the customer environment is a subdomain of Microsoft.com and the main domain is not accesable from the customer environment. Now I would like try to setup a cross domain connection and implement SAML as a method of authentication. I am just not sure that this is a possibility and how to set this up in the SLD.
