TOTP - how to generate QR code to add account - Provisioning access

Hello All,

I am using the authenticator app to get the passcode (TOTP) for Provisioning access. Since I have changed my device and the connection was previously established on the other device, I am not able to access again using this new device.

I need to either insert the secret key or Scan the QR code.

How can I get the secret key or from where can I scan the QR code? Please advise, specially that the connection was already established?

Which exact authenticator app do you use? Do you still have access to your old device?
