application/octet-stream to base 64 encoding resulting in change of MIME type on output

Hi Team,

we are trying to fetch the resumes from the http endpoint which provides response in binary application/octet-stream

we have to push the same resume Successfactors while creating the candidate profile. but while converting http response using base 64 encoder resulting change in mime type from one format to another for which file extension doesn't match and Successfactors resulting an error.

Kindly request to suggest a better way of converting binary file to base 64 encoded string in CPI without changing the MIME type so that we can push successfully to successfactors.
