Unknown Executable Error While Exporting SAP Transaction Codes to SOLMAN From SIgnavio

Hi Team

We are getting this error "Unknown Executables" When I export the Processes to SOLMAN . The Transaction codes are linked to SOlMan Executable links even though giving same error. This is happening after SEP 2022 release of new feature. In which scenario , this error appears ? We are not getting transaction codes in Processes and have to manually assign loads of these in SOLMAN which is a huge effort.

Does any one else face similar issue?

Yesterday , I checked and same issue remains. I had call with SAP and hopefully they should find a solution.

One observation :- If I keep the name of Task same as Process Step name , It is brining the executables but If I give any other name and assign the executable it is giving unknown error which was working before OCT 31.

It is not working still .

I am referring to Export as links only . Before 31st OCT 2022 , the feature was working fine in version 16.7.0 . I have exported All executables from SOLMAN to Dictionary and they all came as links to SOLMAN Library . When i was exporting the Process with a task called "Create Order" and mapping to "VA01" it was going properly to SOLMAN with Process step executable being VA01. But after 1st NOV 2022 , It is exporting only "Create Order" and marking VA01 as "Unknown Executable" and ignoring . Any new Process design is not bringing any executables which was working fine in previous version.

As per the documentation available at SAP Signavio portal, I read as below:

"Executable transactions are not exported to SAP Solution Manager. Instead, links to the transaction definition in Solution Manager are exported with any BPMN task that contains transaction references, either directly or indirectly via reused Process Steps".

Please check this link for detailed information, it might help you in exporting the content from Signavio to Solution Manager.

We are now in very crtical sitution so I am asking if anyone else faced the same?

When I export a Process which has Tcode as a Dictionary link , on export it gives error "Unknown Executable"
