hi,
I have this problem: users can't save workbooks in their own My favorites? this is just hapenging a few days ago.
When a users try to save a New Workbook, the system responds with 2 messages:
"Document store access caused error in the SAP Correction System"
and then
"the workbook was not saved"
Why is this happening??
what shoiuld I do to correct this, and let the users create their workboos in their My Favorites???
regards,
Mauricio.
Hi Mauricio,
is your problem already solved? I just had the same... solution was the object changeability!
RSA1 --> transport connection --> "Object Changeability" button --> options for Object type "XLWB"
Cheers,
alex

Jeff,
I've never used ST01 before, I get things like this
RFC_TYPE=FUGR;RFC_NAME=SUSO;ACTVT=16;
RFC_TYPE=FUGR;RFC_NAME=RFC1;ACTVT=16;
RFC_TYPE=FUGR;RFC_NAME=RFCH;ACTVT=16;
RFC_TYPE=FUGR;RFC_NAME=RSAH;ACTVT=16;
But, I don't understand it. What does this mean?
thanks for the help.
Mauricio

In ST01, select authorization check only, select general filters button and use the userID you are tracing. After this, turn on the trace. ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE BW SYSTEM CAN USE ST01 AT SINGLE TIME. Once you have tried to save the workbook and failed, go back to ST01, and turn off the trace. Once you have turned it off, select Analysis button and enter the ID you traced in the user name field. If you have any failed checks, it will show up in a light green color. To see exactly what authorization object and activity it failed for, double click the light green line. Hope this helps.
Jeff
It looks like this is an authorization problem. Try using ST01 (system trace) to trace the user's trying to save the workbooks to their favorites.
Thanks,
Jeff
