If PIR not created manually- did you restrict PIR should not be created automatically?

Without PIR- you will miss vendor and material relation data. For more refer PIR effect and how to deactivate

Hi,

PIR is master data which is referred at the time of PO creation.

If you don't maintain PIR, then each time user has to enter price (PBxx) & other conditions manually in PO.
