We are planning to give Managers/ Supervisors the necessary access to pull the most important information for their area of responsibility in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
In order to give managers a proper first set of reports, we started our research phase at various points.
Aspects to be considered:
- Format of Reports (list view, charts, etc.)
- Information/ Fields to be included
- Frequency
