Unread Document in SAP INBOX (SBWP)

Hi,

My Inbox is showing it has one Unread Document... When I click the unread Documents it is empty and again after some time, it is showing one unread doc is there.

There is a difference between an 'unread document' in your SAP Inbox, and a workflow task in your SAP Workflow Inbox. The 'unread documents' are more akin to emails from the system and once you read it, it moves from the 'unread documents' folder to the 'documents' folder. So they don't so much disappear as get flagged as having been read.

Thanks for the reply. As soon as we click on the unread document folder whatever the unread document in the folder is disappearing. This is happening even before we view the document unlike emails in the inbox. Please suggest what might be the reason.

I can see one unread resubmission in SO_INBOX_ENTRIES_COUNT. But I cant see anything in the SAP inbox. The moment I refreshed the inbox I am getting the unread document count as one.

seems to be the tipycal behaviour of a workitem with no assignment. Try to ask to your worlkflow team.

Thanks for your reply. Please let me know if you are aware of what needs to be done from workflow team.As it doesn't have any work item details.

As it happens in SAP inbox when we click on unread documents it is disappearing.
