Available Hierarchies from OLTP gets "Screen output without connection to user"

Hello,

I´m traying to load new hierarchies for my InfoObject 0Account Number using the datasource 0Account Numbe_HIER, but when I excecute the option "available hierarchies from OLTP" in the infopackage, gets the message

"Screen output without connection to user."

I´ve tried the datasource using the RSA3 TC in R/3 and it works fine, but I´m getting this error in the infopackage related to the OLTP transaction.

Can anybody help me with this issue?
