Setup approval for Task parameter changes in AFC

Today, AFC has a clear differentiation of roles between Template / Task define (Manage Closing Task List) with the processor (Processing Closing Tasks). Is there any way we can setup 'approval' flow for change / update of task parameters so that a second level of user / user group and review and confirm the changes?
