How to replicate employee from SAP C4C to S4 as a business partner ?

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement where we need to replicate the employees from C4C to S4 as business partners with different role just like how customers in S4 as there is no HCM or success factors in place.

And these employees i.e. business partner in S4 will be added in partner functions in Customer master and Sales orders in S4, when a customer/sales order is replicated from S4, along with the customer/sales order these partner functions should also be replicated to C4C.

Does anyone have an idea how this can be achieved through standard or custom approach.
Any suggestions/ solutions are much appreciate.
