IBP-S4 Integration: Planned Orders getting deleted.

While integrating orders for the next week using SAP IBP using SDI outbound, orders for some SKUs in the current week are getting deleted in S/4. These are not getting over-written or replaced. What could be the possible reasons for such behaviour of SDI outbound? How can we see details of a deleted planned order?
