Xd02 and xk02

Please, in xd02, its not like the screen in xk02, not the same like u choose customer then u have check box options for General data and company code data, but in xd02 only appear one table contain field customer and company code only...... And when i choose and get in bp customer to change data, only can change company code data, but when i click on tab General data, doesn't work, always give me error red in another screen, why..... Why xk02 work good in every think but xd02 not
