activate only workload statistics ST03N

Hello,

We are using CCLM on our SAP Solution Manager and having a problem with getting usage statistics from the managed system.
The managed system is the version SAP_BASIS 700 (SP09), which, I understand, means it is not compatible neither SCMON, nor UPL. However, the workload statistics ST03N are active.
The guided procedure on solman_setup does not permit us to enable the extraction of this data. Is there any way to get the workload statistics information on CCLM for this particular managed system?
