Billing Plan creation error "Cycle-based basic date determination in item is not supported."

Dear Friends,

I am trying to create a Billing plan in SAP Convergent charging using T.code: FKKBIX_BILLPLAN.

I am getting an error "Cycle-based basic date determination in item 00000001 is not supported." Can you please suggest the solution for this.
