SAP MDGS - Data was not saved

Dear Experts ,

We are facing an issue while saving the record/submitting the record in MDG-S. It displays a message that data was not saved and don't allow a users to proceed with the request.We are facing issue for particular country vendors. It also shows that there is no error on the data. If you have any suggestion / recommendations we would appreciate.

I checked SAP MDG S - Data was not saved but it does not helps me.

We are on SAP MDG 8.0(Release)
