Hi All,

Is it possible to integrate Jira with Solution Manager 7.2 for the Bi-directional sync without any third party connectors. Have seen open source code from Gits but it has some limitations. Could somebody help me with the steps or document.

Integrating Jira with Solution Manager 7.2 for bi-directional sync without third-party connectors may be complex, but utilizing open-source code from Git as a starting point can help. Review and understand the code, document its limitations, and customize it if possible.

Ensure correct configuration of Jira and Solution Manager using official documentation. Explore standard integration features like webhooks or APIs. Thoroughly test the integration, addressing any issues, and create comprehensive documentation. If overcoming limitations becomes challenging, consider third-party solutions tailored for Jira and Solution Manager integration.

Hello sunilnag

Please check below URL, they have given the manual and overview guide for JIRA

Documents | SAP S/4HANA Integration with JIRA | SAP API Business Hub

Or other option is to use Cross ALM plugin, Cross Connector for Jira / SAP Solution Manager | Atlassian Marketplace

Thanks,

Vignesh
